Des petits noms sont parfois ridicules j'en conviens mais permettrait de distinguer les produits instantanément Je ne suis qu'une particulière en charge de commandes pour une association mais je passe un temps fou à rechercher les devis en queue d'échanges et à rechercher à quel produit il correspondent. Plus de clarté avec les dates de livraison d'échantillon dans le cas de clients particuliers serait un plus puisqu'ils ont besoin de signature. Livraison en enveloppe dans la boîte au lettre serait préférable et plus économique.

Le colis s'est trouvé éventré, des paquets d'écharpes étaient au sol. Heureusement que ce n'était pas quelque chose de fragile.

Le 1er BAT ne correspondait pas à notre maquette (changement de couleur réalisé par le prestataire sans notre accord, pour améliorer l'impression). Nous avons du retravailler notre maquette par la suite (augmentation de la taille de la police par exemple). Nous avions déjà réalisé des blocs de post-it chez un autre prestataire et n'avions pas eu ce type de problème. Je pense que cela doit venir de la technique d'impression. Les relations avec la commerciale étaient par ailleurs agréables.

C est parceque j ai relance trouvant le delai un peu long et j ai eu la surprise d apprendre que ma commande n etait pas lancee !
