Pour le set de couverts commandé, j'ai été surprise car les boites étaient poussiéreuses. Je suis obligée de les dépoussiérer avant de les donner. Je ne sais pas si c'est la matière qui attire la poussière ou si ce sont les conditions d'emballage et de livraison qui en sont à l'origine, mais je trouve cela gênant.

La longueur n'est pas proportionnel à la taille des articles. En effet, le M n'est pas beaucoup plus petit que le XL en terme de longueur. De ce fait certains de nos collaborateurs ne peuvent pas porter les pulls.

Les échanges étaient également fluides et nous avons apprécié votre disponibilité. En revanche, il y a eu quelques incompréhensions au niveau de notre demande (qui ont été réglées mais cela a pris plus de temps, notamment au niveau du marquage des gourdes) et des gros retards sur la livraison des tours de cou, pour lesquels nous avons été peu informés, ce qui est problématique et aurait pu être dommageable pour notre activité. Nous restons néanmoins satisfaits de l'ensemble et apprécions le rapport qualité/prix et service.
